"Powerful, emotional, and incredible" are some of the words used to describe the vocal capabilities of Terri Lynn Eddy.

This Trinity Bay native first created quite a stir on the Newfoundland music scene in January 1998. A live performance by Terri Lynn and her band was televised across Canada (CPAC) on July 1st, 1998. Due to the positive response of that broadcast, the same producers filmed a television documentary entitled "How Do You Like Me So Far - Terri Lynn Eddy", which aired on CBC television in December 1998.

She was awarded second place in Star Search '98, a competition that hosted over 30 acts. In November that year, Terri Lynn was chosen to showcase at the Annual Conference of the Music Industry Association of Newfoundland and Labrador, and three months later she performed at the 1999 East Coast Music Awards. The following November, Terri Lynn Eddy and her band performed on the main stage of the annual MIANL Awards Show held at the St. John's Arts and Culture Centre.

December 1999 brought the long-awaited release of Terri Lynn’s CD "Dreams", and the following year continued to yield high-profile performances, which included opening for Chilliwack, and being the featured artist at the 2000 George Street Festival.

In 2001-2002, Terri Lynn Eddy headed to Toronto to work the Ontario music scene, study 'voice', write songs, and do demo work. Eager to further her education, Terri Lynn returned to Newfoundland to complete CONA’s two-year course in Music, Industry & Performance. In addition to receiving 2 scholarships, she received the President's Medal of Excellence and then went on to complete a one-year course in Recording Arts.

Poised and ready to take her music career to the next level, Terri Lynn Eddy is currently working on her new CD, which is due to be released in November.
